Wij hebben getest how money actually leaves a Wakuna account, and the cashier side is calmer than the lobby suggests. There is no maze of codes to clear before you can request a payout, no separate wallet to top up, and no fee schedule tucked into a submenu. What catches people out is a condition that has nothing to do with winning. Your deposit has to be wagered three times before a withdrawal is allowed. Everything else, from the daily ceiling to the processing window, is manageable once you know where to look. This page covers the practical side, including the parts where Wakuna could explain itself better.
The cashier lives inside the account area and the currency is EUR throughout, which matters when you bank from a Dutch account. Deposits and withdrawals sit in the same place, so you are not hunting through a separate section to find the payout button.
Deposit routes that feed the balance
Wakuna supports the Dutch bank routes most players already use, including iDEAL-style options via ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS, RegioBank and N26. Alongside those you have Mastercard, Visa, Revolut, bank transfer, open banking or Pay by Bank, and crypto. The minimum deposit is €20.
How payouts are sent
Payouts go out by bank transfer or crypto. That is the full list. If you deposited with a card, expect the money to arrive as a bank transfer instead of a return to the same card, which is common for operators running on this kind of setup.

The 3x deposit wagering rule in practice
This is the most useful thing to understand before you request a payout. Any deposit must be wagered three times before a withdrawal can be processed. Deposit €100 and €300 of wagering needs to happen on the account first.
The rule applies to the deposit itself.
It applies whether or not you have taken a bonus.
It sits separately from any bonus wagering terms.
If you have claimed the welcome offer on this site, that offer carries its own 35x wagering requirement, a €5 maximum bet and a 30-day validity window. Those conditions belong to the offer itself and have nothing to do with the Wakuna cashier. Keep the two sets apart in your head and you will avoid most surprises.
Why this condition exists
Operators use deposit wagering to stop the pattern where someone deposits, immediately requests the money back, and repeats. It is a blunt tool, and we would prefer it stated at the point of deposit instead of buried in terms. That is a fair criticism of the setup.
Limits and timing you can plan around
The figures below are the ones that matter when you plan a withdrawal. They are ceilings and windows, so treat them as boundaries rather than goals.

The roughly one-day processing figure is the operator's own stated window. It is not a guarantee, and it does not include any time your own bank takes to post the funds. If a payout lands outside that window, the 24/7 live chat is the first place to ask. There is no phone line, and the email address appears inside the account area.
Splitting a large balance
Because the daily cap is €1,000, a €3,000 balance cannot leave in one request. You will be requesting across several days, or accepting a slower drip than you might have imagined. We think this is worth knowing before you plan around a payout, particularly if you play at higher stakes. It is a genuine limitation.
Verification and account checks
Before a first withdrawal is released, expect the standard identity checks. Wakuna operates under an offshore licence, and the account area is where you confirm who you are.
Log in and open the account area to find the verification section.
Upload the identity document requested there, plus any proof of address or payment method document the cashier asks for.
Wait for confirmation before requesting the payout, so the two processes do not queue behind each other.
Check that your name on the payment method matches your account name exactly.
Getting this done before you have a balance waiting is the easiest way to shorten the wait. If anything about the account setup is unclear, the Support page covers how to reach the team, and the Verification walkthrough goes through the document side in more detail.
We have run through the sequence enough times to know where the delays come from, and almost all of them are avoidable.
Deposit with a method that matches your own name and a Dutch bank you actually control.
Play through at least three times the deposit amount before you request anything.
Complete verification early, well before the day you want the money.
Request the withdrawal by bank transfer or crypto from the cashier.
Allow about a day for processing, then check your bank or wallet.
If the withdrawal is stuck
The usual causes are an unfinished verification step, an active bonus with unfulfilled wagering, or the deposit rule not yet met. None of these are errors. Live chat is open around the clock and will tell you which one applies. If you are working through a bonus, the Bonus page sets out the offer terms, and Payments covers the deposit side in full.
Playing outside the Dutch licence and what it means for your money
Wakuna does not hold a Dutch KSA licence. It operates under an offshore licence, with an Anjouan Gaming Board verification seal shown on the brand site. That has a direct consequence for withdrawals. You are not covered by CRUKS, the Dutch self-exclusion register that every KSA-licensed operator must connect to, and there is no Dutch dispute route if a payout goes wrong. Your only escalation path is the operator's own support.
That is a reason to stay deliberate and keep your own records of deposits and withdrawals. Set financial limits before you start, and check them again after a bad session rather than during one. Wakuna does provide financial limits, self-exclusion, a link to a help organisation and a transaction history in the account area, and we would use all four. The Responsible gambling page covers the tools, and Is it safe? looks at the licensing picture plainly. Minimum age is 18+, and if gambling stops feeling like entertainment, Loket Kansspel, Tactus verslavingszorg, Gokhulp and AGOG are the places to turn.
VIP tiers and what they change about payouts
Wakuna runs six VIP tiers, named Bamboo, Koa, Lava, Tiki, Chief and God of Isles. Weekly cashback reaches up to 20%, rakeback up to 15%, and a personal VIP manager is assigned from the Chief tier upward. Points collected along the way can be spent in the points store.
What the tiers do not change is the cashier itself. The daily, weekly and monthly limits apply to everyone, and the deposit rule is not waived for higher tiers as far as we can tell. Cashback and rakeback land in your balance and then follow the same withdrawal path as anything else. If you want the full breakdown, the VIP page has it, and the Reviews section is where we log what worked and what did not across the site.
The operator states about one day for processing. That window covers the operator's side only, so add whatever time your bank or crypto wallet needs to show the funds. If it runs longer, live chat is open 24/7 and can tell you whether a verification step or a wagering condition is holding things up.
Why can I not withdraw my full balance at once?
Because of the limits. Withdrawals are capped at €1,000 per day, €4,000 per week and €10,000 per month. A larger balance has to come out across multiple requests over several days. It is a real constraint on higher-stakes play, and worth factoring in before you set your stakes.
What is the 3x deposit wagering rule?
Any deposit must be wagered three times before you can withdraw. Deposit €100 and you need €300 of wagering on the account first. It applies regardless of whether a bonus is active, and it sits separately from any bonus wagering terms.
Do I need to verify my identity before withdrawing?
Yes. Expect to upload identity documents, and possibly proof of address or payment method, through the account area. Completing this before you have a balance waiting is the simplest way to avoid a delay on payout day. Make sure the name on your payment method matches your account.
Can I withdraw with an e-wallet?
No. Withdrawals go out by bank transfer or crypto. E-wallets are also excluded from bonus eligibility, so if you plan to claim the welcome offer on this site, check your deposit method against the offer terms first.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit?
iDEAL-style bank options through ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS, RegioBank and N26, plus Mastercard, Visa, Revolut, bank transfer, open banking or Pay by Bank, and crypto. The account currency is EUR, and the Payments page lists the full set.
